History
Since early 1980’s Mr. Qureshi (Sr.) started exporting waste paper from The Netherlands to India. Mr. Qureshi (Sr.), the director of Corrien Exports BV, saw the gap in the market. He connected the waste paper business from Holland to India, as he is of Indian origin and knows the local do’s and don’ts, Mr. Qureshi (Sr.) made it possible for Dutch companies to export their waste paper in large volumes to India. Started in Holland the company eventually grew to a European exporter of waste paper, to an international company that exports waste paper from almost every part of the world to our main export market in India, but also to other far east Asian markets such as; Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia. We are always interested to expand our markets and possibilities.

Since our office is based in Holland we also collaborate with local partners in abroad markets. In this way we are able to give better services to our shared stakeholders. In a transparent business world we aim to add our value in a way where we co operate in the chain from supplier to the mill, where clear communication and understanding is the key to success.

A historical moment was the announcement that Corrien Exports BV was the biggest exporter of Europe in 1995/1996.

Future
As the market changed in the past years, Corrien Exports BV is also changing in structure. Mr. Qureshi’s son got involved into the business, and modernized the company to the actual standards as time changed. A new person, a new time with new possibilities and opportunities.

Corrien Exports BV expanded their activities of supply from several countries in the world. Being the link between the waste paper collectors and paper mills, makes Corrien Exports BV an environment friendly company with an eye for the future. This means that the activities do not stop by doing business, but also means an involvement with cleaning projects in 3rd world countries in Africa and Asia.
